Hello my name is Chris Farion and I am a certified personal trainer through Canadian Fitness Education Services.
Chronic back, knee & shoulder pain hindered my life for many years. I have used a well rounded weight training program and mobility exercises to repair the damage done during my career as a carpenter. My pain started as an injury as a teenager that was underdaignosed and ignored for years.
After 15 years of studying many different disciplines in the health & fitness field I would like to use this knowledge to help as many people as I can. With an emphasis on youth & people with chronic pain.

Are you new to the gym and need an introduction to fitness? Do you need somebody to help motivate you and hold you accountable to show up and work out? Whether you are looking to lose fat, build muscle or just improve your over all health and wellness, I can help you. I'm a personal trainer certified through the Manitoba Fitness Council, and together we can build a plan that works for you, so you can reach whatever health and fitness goals you may have. I have personally lost 150lbs through nutrition and exercise, so l know what it's like be a beginner. I am also certified in resistance training and can build plans for more advanced individuals as well.

- Single Session: $40/hour
- Group (2 people): $30 per person/hour
- Monthly Plan (2xweek): $320/month
- Monthly Plan (3xweek): $480/month
